Peut-être que ça dépend de la livraison? Perso, j ai fait livrer direct à la fnac = emballage pourri.

en tout j'ai reçu 3 coffrets ( 1 fnac retrait magasin et 2 amazon)
toujours eu le carton du fabricant plus un carton d'expédition

J'ai été le recup à la Fnac aussi donc ça dépend pas de ça

https://track.aftership.com/Sinon parfois sur le site du transporteur US ils te donnent un nouveau numéro de suivi sur la page de suivi, qui est donc le numéro pour le nouveau transporteur.

merci mais j'ai recu le colis ce matin et je rejoins le club des déçus
coffret explosé comme sur les photos postés plus haut , emballé aussi dans un simple carton , donc voila je sais pas ce que je fais vu qu'il est plus dispo donc pour l'echange c'est compliqué

en effet samy , j'ai contacté le SAV tres reactif comme d'habitude , et remboursement de 50$ et je garde le coffret , si je veux un remboursement complet je dois renvoyer le colis

Tu les a contacté comment, par mail ? Je n'ai pas trouvé le chat comme sur le FR.
Je viens de le recevoir, dans un carton pourri, et du coup éclaté sur un coin aussi... J'ai vu pire mais bon, a ce prix ça m'emmerde
